The GTC govern the conditions for ordering and using the services.

Order process, contract creation
You can order services online (website), by phone or in person. A contract is concluded when the service provider confirms the customer's intention to place an order (e.g. by confirmation e-mail or online feedback). The date of the service is mutually agreed between the parties.
 
Payment and delivery terms
The service can be paid on the spot in cash or online (card payment on the live page). 
The service is deemed to be completed when the payment has been successfully made.
 There is no delivery, as a physical service is provided.

Right of withdrawal and how to exercise it for individual buyers
Private customers may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days before the start of the service, by notifying the service provider in writing (by e-mail or by post). Once the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Complaints about the quality of the service may be communicated in writing (e-mail or letter) to the service provider, who shall investigate and provide a substantive reply within 30 days.
